Steven Pettijohn Obituary
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Pettijohn officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Steve was born January 14, 1954 to Arnold Charles Pettijohn and Gladys Norene (Brooks) Pettijohn in Houston, TX. He graduated from Odessa High School and attended UTPB. Steve was raised in Odessa, TX and lived here all his life. He married Sandra Rosemarie (Graham) Pettijohn on September 5, 2014 in Odessa, TX. He worked for the City of Odessa, Big 3, El Paso Products Co., and since 2010 for XTO.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Pettijohn; son, Spencer Pettijohn; daughter, Olivia Pettijohn; parents, Arnold and Gladys Pettijohn of Abilene, TX; brothers, Randy Pettijohn of Midland, TX, Chris Pettijohn and his wife, Tracy of Abilene, TX; nieces and nephews, Randy Lee Pettijohn, Jeffery Pettijohn, Holly Pettijohn, Reese Pettijohn and Rachel Pettijohn; special "brothers", Doyle Lawson, Randy Chambers, Kenneth Massingill and Eric Armstrong.
Steve loved the Lord Jesus Christ, all kinds of music, his job, computers, hiking, books and his many friends and relatives. Steve was very special, and we adore our first-born son. We miss him so much.
