James Allen Eustis, 60, of Amwell Township, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025, in UPMC Washington. Born October 4, 1964, in Kittery, Maine, he was a son of the late David Allen and Joyce Ann Frazee Eustis. A 1983 graduate of Trinity High School, Jim was a dedicated custodian for the Trinity Area School District for many years. Jim was a member of the Lone Pine Christian Church and a former member of the Lone Pine Volunteer Fire Department #50. He enjoyed yard work, camping, the beach, Nascar, traveling, and spending time with his loyal dog, Cooper. He cherished moments with friends and loved sitting around the bonfire. He is survived by his sister, Amy Gatewood (late husband Joseph Jr.); two nieces, Coree Gatewood and Arin Matteson; nephews, Jonathan Berry and Teague Neelen; and great-nieces, Alaina, Baylie, Alexis and Sophia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, September 12, in the Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, where funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. A guest book may be signed at www.nicholfuneralhome.com
