Norene J. Hustava, 75, of Brownsville (Centerville Borough), passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in Washington Hospital.
She was born October 29, 1945, in Charleroi, a daughter of the late Joseph M. and Beatrice L. Drozaik Ball.
Mrs. Hustava was a 1963 graduate of Bentleyville-Ellsworth High School.
A homemaker, Norene enjoyed crafts and especially loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On September 26, 1964, she married Leroy Hustava, who survives. They celebrated 56 years of marriage.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are three children, Lynn M. Wilson (Joe Ruot) of Lone Pine, L. Scott Hustava (Michele) of Brownsville and Karen Barish (Lou) of South Carolina; four grandchildren, Kassie Nagy (Jarrod Blough), Stephanie Valentine (Carter), Hannah and Leyton Hustava; three great-grandchildren, Bennett and Ophelia Valentine, and Bryson Blough; several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a brother, Joseph Ball; two sisters, Beatrice Doyle and Janet Gardner.
Friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 28, in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 29, with Pastor Sheldon Barnett officiating. Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Brownsville. In accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, facial coverings and social distancing will be required.
