DANIEL SLOAN Obituary

SLOAN, DANIEL ROBERT
Daniel Robert Sloan, 87, of Ocala, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
He is survived by his loving wife, Millie Sloan; two daughters, Stephanie Kuhn, Florida, Pamela Schalk, Texas; step-daughter, Angela Tackett, Florida; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers, Erwin and Carnell Sloan, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.
He was an Air Force veteran; and a retired real estate broker/agent. He served many years as a church elder and treasurer. He and his wife, Millie, enjoyed traveling together.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 12:00PM at the Roberts Funeral Home, West Chapel, 6241 SW SR 200, Ocala FL 34476 with a Military Honors burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at 2:00PM. The family will receive friends for a viewing prior to services from 11:00AM to 12:00PM. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a favorite charity may be given. Arrangements are under the artful care of Roberts Funeral Home West Chapel.
