Mrs. Vivian, you will be dearly missed by me. You were an excellent neighbor, who watched over me & Santana as a mother does her children. I'll never forget all our "porch talks" and laughs we shared. Monica, Tonya, Wendell, Darryl, my prayers are with you always.
