When I read this notice, I remembered that I worked with Bob Kmet many years ago. It has been so long that I don't know the employer's name (Underwriters Insurance [?]). However, I know that Bob (Shirley) is that person. I wanted give my condolescences to him and his family. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

We're very sorry to hear about Danny's struggle. We will really miss his smile and cheerfulness, but we will take comfort in seeing his beautiful family during our visits to Akron. I bet Danny was smiling when Ohio State's football team brought the national championship home.

We are so sorry to hear about Danny. Carrie, losing a parent is never easy, and when Mom died the only relief that we had was that she was in peace and not suffering anymore. Danny had a long fight and now Mom now has a close friend to hang-out with her! One of the best memories I have of Danny and the families is the time that we went to the Northwestern/Ohio State game in our motor home. What a great time we had together!!! Our deepest sympathies are with all of you during this painful period.

I have many pleasant memories of Dan and the group of us that played golf for years on the Beacon Journal league. Dan was always smiling and upbeat and a pleasure to be around. My sincere condolences to the family.
