Geraldine Klink Obituary
This woman was such a loving person that she endured over two years of torture, suffering, and countless painful treatments just to be at her family's side a little longer. She was more worried about us during her illness than for herself. She knew where she was going. Throughout her life, she was a protector, selfless, she gave of herself entirely, putting herself last always.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Evelyn and George Zugsberger; sister, Evelyn "Sis" Griffith. She loved her pets, Murphy, Molly, Cali, Chloe, Abby, Evie all of whom preceded her in death. She could not wait to see them again, but did not want to leave her husband of nearly 51 years, Edward Klink Jr.; daughters, Kristin (Melissa) Klink, Kourtney (Nicholas) Denning; grandchildren, Collin and Ellie Denning; grandchild-to-be, Ireland (Irey) Hall-Klink. She was an amazing aunt to Debra (Rick) Taylor, Valarie (Jeff) Wallick, Victoria (Doug) Shifferly; and great-aunt to Skylar and Sophie Shifferly. She is also survived by sisters, Georgia Walter, Carol Ann (P. Thomas) Varley and Dorothy Zugsberger; and special cousin, David Zugsberger. Also survived by countless special friends and family members.
Calling hours will be Monday, 5 to 8 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home, Canton Chapel. Memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Family Parish of St. Clement's Catholic Church in Navarre. There are no words that can truly express my deepest sympathy for the entire Klink family! Kourtney was my roommate in college and how I came to know the family and they were all so sweet to me! I remember her mom being the "mama bear" who would do anything to protect her girls! She wanted them to have the best and I will remember her loving spirit always! Heaven has a great angel!

My thoughts and prayers are with you Ed, Kourtney and Kristin. What a shock it was to read this today.
It's been a while since I've seen or spoke with Geri. But everytime we talked, it was as if we just caught up where we left off last. She truly shined for Jesus-she taught me so much and helped me in my Christian walk and for that I am so grateful. I know without a doubt I will see Geri again. She truly loved you Ed, Kristen and Kourtney and of course she loved those little grandchildren.
