Harry "Rusty" Hartley, 36, born February 19, 1973 in Bellaire, Ohio, went gently into the arms of Jesus on May 28, 2009 after a long illness.
Rusty was the beloved son of Eileene and Steve Rositer; brother of Teresa Hartley and Tamara and Bradley Hite; uncle of Joshua, Taylor and Tess; nephew of Lee and Lynne Fetters and Lynn Rositer; cousin of Emily, Lee, Jennifer and Laura; and grandson of Reverend Lee and Ruth Fetters.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the kindness and friendship given to Rusty at VNS Hospice, Evant, the Blick Clinic and the Summit County Board of MRDD.
A private family memorial service will be held at The Chapel at Fir Hill in Akron.

Eileene and family,
My deepest condolences on your loss. Rusty was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. He could always make you laugh. I am so glad that his last days were spent in the comfort of your company and the comforts that hospice provides. I am honored to have known Rusty.
