To The Family ~ Joe was a wonderful, Optimist friend, who was tender and warm......his smile lit up a room as you all know! He'd surprise us with "Buckeyes" for a desert at our meetings...he will be missed by all of us. May God hold you in the hollow of His hand, I am so thankful that our paths crossed in this lifetime.

What a wonderful Optimist Club friend. Joe was so quiet that not many new as much as they should have about him. He was a very wonderful person. I will miss him forever. Norm Wingate
