Roger Stalnaker Obituary
Roger Dale Stalnaker, passed on July 11, 2008, after fighting a 2 ½; year battle with cancer, left peacefully from this world to serve our Lord Jesus.
Born in May of 1948 in Akron, Ohio, he attended Akron and Stow Public Schools. He worked for Prospect Mold and Akromold, serving a four year Tool and Die Apprenticeship and continuing his employment with both companies for 41 years.
Preceded in death by his loving parents, Lowell and Virginia Stalnaker; he leaves his loving wife of 39 years, Darlene Stalnaker; his two wonderful children, Wendy Dunivan (husband Rod) and son, Jake Stalnaker; also his brother, Bernie Stalnaker (wife Diane); sisters, Jill (husband Danton) Steele of Florida and Tami Walters of Florida._
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Adams Mason Memorial Chapel, 791 East Market St., Akron, Ohio on Monday July 14, 2008 at 7 P.M. Family will receive friends from 5 P.M. until time of Service. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Haven of Rest Mission, or Hospice of Summa. CREMATION SOCIETY OF OHIO (330-535-1012)

We recently heard of Roger's passing from Kerm Lusk. Roger was a good friend for 25 years at Akromold. I will miss Rog. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
