Ruby Taylor-Woolridge Obituary
Ruby J. Taylor-Woolridge, transitioned home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
She was born in Akron, Ohio to her parents, Wesley and Dorothy Taylor on June 25, 1949.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Isaiah and
Eddie Taylor; and brother-in-law, Laymon Pettaway Jr. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her sons, Derrick and Dierre Woolridge; daughter, Danielle Taylor; brothers, Wesley and Tommie Taylor; sisters, Betty J. Pettaway, Rebecka James and Janet Skinner; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Homegoing celebration will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service, Bishop Emmit Nevels eulogizing. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 1350 Greenwood Ave., Akron, Ohio 44320.
