Stephen Linsky Obituary

Stephen E. Linsky

TALLMADGE -- Stephen E. Linsky, 74, passed away peacefully at home with his wife and children at his side on December 6, 2013.

Born in Spangler, Pa., Stephen had lived in Tallmadge the past 21 years. He served in the U.S. Marines and retired from General Motors in 1976 after 19 years of service. He was also a driver for Serpentini.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Anna; brothers, Joe, Ed, Bill, Dave and Ricky.

He is survived by his loving wife, Anna Marie; daughter, Barbara (John) Camp of Brimfield; son, Stephen (Angie) Linsky of Hartville; sisters, Maryann (Bill) Cidor of Wickliff, Helen (Ron) Bearer of Spangler, Pa., Dorothy (Ron) Loncar of Carmel, Ind.; brothers, Jim (Brenda) Linsky of Chesapeake, Va., John (Ann) Linsky of Nicktown, Pa.; grandchildren, Ryan and Holly Camp, David, Stephen and Sydney Linsky; and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge 44278 with Rev. Michael A. Matusz officiating. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle)

So very sorry to learn of Steve's passing. I can still see him slowly sauntering into the Mogadore Donut Depot in the mornings for his coffee a few years back when we used to live in Ohio. Sending our thoughts and prayers to his family.
