Dear Ocran Family,

You have my deepest sympathy regarding the loss of your husband, father, and friend, Justice T. Modibo Ocran.

Working as his research assistant for the last two years, I found him to be a hard-working, intellectually gifted, and generous man. He cared deeply for his family and was proud of his children's accomplishments.

Like each of you, I will miss his guidance and encouragement.

You are in my prayers,
