Thomas Hamrick Obituary
Thomas Luther Hamrick, age 59, passed away peacefully at home, loved ones by his side, on November 28, 2015 after a courageous battle with long term illness.
He was born on October 23, 1956 in Akron, Ohio. Tom served our country in the Navy for four years. He then devoted himself to the family business, Hamrick Manufacturing and Service for 38 years. Tom was a loving husband, son, father, and brother.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Franzman and sister, Patricia Warshall. He is survived by his father, Luther "Red" Hamrick (Marti); wife, Dawn J. Jones Hamrick; daughters, Ashley and Heather; brother, Phil (Sue); sisters, Sharon (Bobby), Joyce (Ken), and Janice; many adored nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visit at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 5 to 6 p.m. with a brief service following at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suffield Fire Department and EMT Service, 1256 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260.
