W. Craig Raub

GREEN -- W. Craig Raub, 65, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at his home.

Craig was born August 31, 1951 in Berea and had been an area resident most of his life. He was employed by Famous Enterprises as a CPA for over 40 years.

Craig enjoyed working out in the yard and garage, but, his life centered around his granddaughters, Alison, Hannah and Maggie.

Craig is survived by his beloved wife, Helen (Cooper); son, Al Ritter; granddaughters, Alison, Hannah and Maggie Ritter; mother, Marian (Bork) Raub; brother, Mark (Becky) Raub; nieces, Ashley and Alyssa Raub; and longtime friend, Dale Newman. He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip.

The family will receive friends Sunday, 2 to 5 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Road (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, entrance off of Steese). Funeral services will be held Monday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment East Liberty Cemetery. (ANTHONY, GREEN)

My sincere condolences to the family. Craig and I had a long relationship dating back at least 40 years as his barber. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I am sorry I won't be able to be in town for his services. May God bless him. Jim Houlihan
