Service will be held Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Sommerville Funeral Services, 1695 Diagonal Rd., Akron, Ohio at 11 a.m., with viewing at 10 a.m. Condolences may be sent to 1282 Dover Ave., Akron, OH 44320.

To The Baylor Family
God be with you during your loss of your brother, father, Bill. he was a very dear friend and we had many good times together. Bill was a class act, always a gentleman. I wasn't able to attend because I had a loss in my family during the same time. My prayers and sorrow were felt deeply, especially when you have known each other for so many years. Again I will say he was a class act and a great friend. I will miss him!!!

Bill Baylor was a model of what areal man should be like. Quick to praise..slow to condemn and always with understanding. A good man to party with and at the same time capable of having a serious conversatio.

Deepest sympathy to Bill's family and friends. In our families' opinion there are not many who could even think of filling Bill's shoes. I saw him as a man of deep values and unrelenting kindness. I had the utmost respect for him and always welcomed our conversations. He extended a friendship and comfort to our family that words cannot even begin to describe. This world has suffered a loss but Heaven has gained much. I will always cherish fond memories and miss the food critiques. Good bye my friend, until we meet again.
