Clyde Burghart Obituary

Clyde Keith Burghart, age 72, of Harrah, OK, was born on June 13, 1937, in St. Louis, Oklahoma. He was the son of Charles Albert & Vera Belle (Burns) Burghart. He left this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, in Harrah, OK. Clyde graduated from Harrah High School. He worked at Macklanburg-Duncan Company for 43 years, where he retired as a foreman. Clyde was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church. He was very faithful to his church. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Leo, Charles V. & Don Harold Burghart. Survivors include 3 sons & daughters-in-law: Keith & Heather Burghart, Wright City, MO; Darryl & Cathy Burghart, Harrah, OK; Jason Burghart, Oklahoma City, OK; 1 daughter, Jammie Sawyer, Midwest City, OK; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. A wake service will be held 4:00 PM, Sunday, December 13, 2009, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2:00 PM Monday, December 14, 2009, at the St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK, with Father Lucas Raj Pinapati officiating. Interment will follow at St. Teresa Catholic Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK. I don't remember what year Keith came to Harrah to school, but he was in our class of(55)..Never heard anything negative about Keith. I know the family and friends will miss him.
