Alex Franz, age 36, passed away February 17, 2024, after a five-year battle with cancer. Alex was born February 14, 1988, in Council Bluffs, IA. Alex is survived by his mother, Treesa (Lyons) Franz; his father, Mark (Carolyn Nussrallah); brother, Eric (Cortney Griffith-Franz); his stepsiblings, Mo Nuwwarah, Yasmine Nuwwarah, Samar Nussrallah, and Ayah Nuwwarah; aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be a VISITATION with the family, Thursday, February 22, 2024, 5 to 7 p.m., at Heafey Hoffman Dworak Cutler, West Center Chapel. Memorials to the family or the Nebraska Humane Society.
