Preceded in death by parents, Clem and Leona Tigges; brother, Edwin Tigges; and sister, Delores Sullivan. Survived by husband, Dr. Richard C. Pitner; children, Dr. Mark Pitner (Lynne), Dr. Renee Davis (Steve), Dr. Sheryl Pitner (Bob Jackson), Linda Carney (Don), and Scott Pitner (Diane); 14 grandchildren; one great granddaughter; sisters, Sr. Mildred Tigges, FSPA, and Kay Simons; and brother, Leon Tigges.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Nebraska Coalition for Ethical Research; or St. Robert Bellarmine Church-Fr. Shane Education Fund. VISITATION begins Monday 6:15pm at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, with VIGIL SERVICE to follow at 7:30pm at the Church. ROSARY RECITATION Tuesday 9:30am, followed by MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10am, all at St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Entombment in Calvary Mausoleum. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN
