Dear Klunk,
I don't even know what to say besides I miss you sooo much already. You and Leslie were like a second mom and dad to me, I've always known if I ever needed anything or anywhere to stay I could always come to your house, and I miss those days when I did stay there. You were a special soul with a golden heart, you were so funny all the time and you were always down to do whatever, and that's what made you so special. The block, this town, and all of us who love you so much will never be the same since your gone. It sucks sooo bad to know that your not gonna be around anymore, and that Leslie's not gonna have you there to yell at anymore, she loved to yell at you, because she loves you soo much. It sucks to know that Johnny and Joey won't have you there anymore eighther, I know they look up to you and they both have alot a heart, just like you. It's so hard to think about them not having you anymore, but I know that they're gonna make it through this and that you will always live in their hearts. You touched my life, you were my friend and I will never forget you. Love You Klunk, RIP

Klunko-you will always put a smile on my face when I think of you and lots of fun and crazy times. Our friendship started when Joey was just a baby, you and Leslie have been a part of my life ever since. I don't care if 6 months went by and we didn't see each other you and Leslie stayed my friends and acted as if it was just the day before you seen me.I've always known, a silent knowing if I ever needed anything you and Leslie would be there for me. We have fought and we've been mad at each other but the last time I seen you you would have never known that. That's how our friendship was...You were unique, one of a kind-that's why you were so special- I will always think about you Klunko! You loved Leslie, Johnny and Joey so much and I know you're worried about them but I know, and you know how STRONG Leslie is and she will, as she always has keep it together.Leslie,I don't know if you know this but I so admire you, for how strong you and for being such a good mom, and good person. To be loved by you for all these years made Klunko who he was.You guys were like salt and pepper, peanut butter and jelly- one was not right without the other. I don't care what has happened together is how you guys would end up. I've seen your struggles over 17 years Leslie- I love you,I loved Klunk, I love your sons, and I love the fact that you guys always stayed a part of my life.Johnny, you are strong like your mom and I know your loyalty. Joey, my buddy, my friend.I remember you eating spaghetti when you were 6 or 7 - your mom and dad and I laughing at the way you ate it- long time ago and I am so proud of you. You are so sweet and love your mom so much. Your dad loved you kids a lot. I will always be here for all of you-Ashley is worried about you Joey she loves you. I love all of you, I share your pain today and you have all of my sympathy. Please take care and I will see all of you soon. I love you Leslie-stay strong. And Klunko- until we meet again big guy-Billy and Dana said they will miss the big guy-you were their favorite big guy.I will miss you...

I was watching the news the other night and was stunned to hear about John's death. When John moved into our neighborhood in 5th grade, we quickly became best friends. Even though we haven't spoken in several years, I will always remember the great times we had growing up. John was just a great guy and always stood up for his friends. If our parents only knew some of the things we did and got away with...... but we had FUN!!
I remember the respect and adoration John had for his Grandpa Kuklinski. I can just imagine the smile on "Klunko's" face when he was reunited with his Grandfather on Wednesday night. Priceless!!
I'll miss you Klunko!!
