It was my good fortune to have known and worked with Pat for a number of years at Central States Indemnity (CSI). She was a remarkable lady, valued member of the CSI family, and a real joy to be around. Her many friends and co-workers wish to extend their condolences to Pat's entire family during this difficult time. All of us at CSI's 42nd Street Call Center miss her a great deal already.
