Phyllis Edith Minter was born October 17, 1942, and passed away May 27, 2025, in Omaha, Neb. She is survived by her children, Deborah (nee Minter) Cliff, Brian Minter, and David (Jennie) Minter; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Marlyn; five nieces; and one nephew. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Edith Taylor; her two sisters, Lauretta Jacoba and Sue Duncan; her beloved sister-in-law, Judy; and niece, Stephanie Duncan.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 10 a.m., at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
