While I did not know Carli, as a long-time member of PCOL Orlando, I am honored to know her good friend Anri and her little girl. My sister lives in Taylors and often rides the Swamp Rabbit Trail. As a civil engineer I have designed many roadway and trail projects and I will think of Carli as I continue to emphasize the safety of bicyclists & pedestrians.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I have been a member of Ferdi Brits' church for many years and have watched Anri grow into a wonderful woman, wife, doctor and mother. My sister and her husband live in Taylors and they are members of Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church and often ride the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I and my family have visited many, many times. I am heartbroken for your, and Carli's friends, loss.
