My sympathy to the family. I grew up across the alley from Tim, we were classmates, and played in the neighborhood together as children. We had good times shooting baskets, playing catch, and other games like croquet, including the time he hit a croquet ball that hit a tree root and bounced up in the air and knocked my front tooth out! A lifelong memory!! Accidents happen with kids! We also had the batman club we would meet at up in the attic of his garage by the alley. Had to have a batman plastic ring of course to belong! He loved to swing a bat and hit rocks in the alley. Many good memories!! May he rest in peace.
