Craig Cornell Obituary
He was born June. 30, 1954, in Gladwin, son of Robert and Yvonne (Weiber) Cornell of Gladwin. He was a resident of Gladwin County since 1987 and a previous resident of Clare. He married Terry Stodolak Aug. 2, 1991, in Gladwin. He was a supermarket manager at Giants Supermarket in Midland.
He is survived by wife Terry Cornell of Beaverton; parents Robert and Yvonne Cornell of Midland; father and mother-in-law, Donald and Nancy Stodolak of Standish; sons, Cory and Chris Cornell of Fort Polk, La. and Brian Cornell of Midland; stepdaughters, Ashley McCabe of Gladwin and Desiree (Chad) of Beaverton; stepsons, Brandon McCabe of Mount Pleasant and Dana McCabe of Beaverton; grandchildren, Abbigale Genaw of Gladwin, Devon Porter, Daman Porter, and Annabelle Porter of Beaverton; sisters, Sue (Rick) Matteson of Bismark N.D. and Sylvia and (Gary) Dutton of Modesto, Calif; brothers, Carl (Beth) Cornell of Clare, Curt (Lisa) Cornell of Billerica, Mass. and Clark (Mary) Cornell of Midland; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home on Wednesday, from 5 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 24, 2008, from at the Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home at 11a.m. Sue Mansfield will be offciating the service.
Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Pardee Cancer Fund or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

BOB & YVONNE, SUE, SYLVIA, CARL, CURT, & CLARK - I'm so sorry for your loss. Most of my memories of Craig are from so long ago, when Amanda was small, but occasionally I would view the changes in him and his family through the pictures on Yvonne's "Wall of Photos". I know that you all will miss him, but I also know that you all believe that he has gone to a better place. My heart goes out to all of you & your families. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I do think of all of you often, and always wish you well.
