Haley Jarosiewicz
Haley Mae Jarosiewicz, 17, of Midland, passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2025. She was born to Rebecca (Jean) Jarosiewicz and Robert Jarosiewicz on November 11, 2007, in Midland, MI.
Haley attended Midland High School while also being enrolled in Early Middle College at Delta University, pursuing sonography. She was active in student council, green club, was a member of the cross-country team, Chemic Conditioning, and excelled in her academic pursuits. She enjoyed attending her church and youth group. She loved babies and all animals, especially horses and dogs – her dog Maize the most. She was an avid reader, wanted to explore the world, and brought joy to all around her through her kindness and caring. She was the most incredible big sister.
Haley is survived by her parents; Rebecca (Ryan Venman) Jarosiewicz and Robert Jarosiewicz, sister; Aubrey, stepbrothers; Cael and Crew Venman, grandparents; Craig and Sue Jean, Rod Frye, Bob and Julie Jarosiewicz, Tom and Terri Venman, aunts, uncles and cousins, and her boyfriend; Connor Murphy.
A memorial service will take place at 11:00am on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Eagle Ridge Church of God with Pastors Matt Chesney and John Engler officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00pm – 7:00pm on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Smith-Miner Funeral Home and on Saturday from 10:00am until time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Midland County Humane Society, Freedom Ride Farms in Breckenridge, or the Midland High School cross-country team, in her honor.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for all the love, support and caring that they have experienced from the entire community during this difficult time. The outpouring of kindness and affection shown for Haley has touched hearts far and wide.
