Connie Owen Obituary
She was born in Jalisco, Mexico and moved to the United States to Watsonville, California at a young age. Connie met her husband in her early 20s, the couple married and raised their 5 children in Watsonville, California. She loved the Lord and was a member at Green Valley Christian Church. Connie was a very hard worker; she worked hard at everything she did. Even her home she kept immaculate and enjoyed cleaning. In 2002 she moved to Palm Coast with her husband, where they enjoyed their later years together. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. Everybody loved, Connie, especially her grandchildren, nieces and nephews..
She is survived by her children, Johnny Owen, Natalie Hurtado and Tony Owen (Melanie Miller); sisters, Vicky Escalante and Dolly Perez; brother, Joe Parra; grandchildren; great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Owen; sons, Jeffrey Owen and Jason Owen, and parents, Carlos Carpintero Rivera and Maria Ignacia Valencia..
St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
