Denise HEIM Obituary
Denise Addrienne Heim age 94 of Jupiter passed away on Tuesday November 24th. Born in Columbia, SC in 1921 to the late Marshall and Attie Sox and has lived in PBC for the past 90 years. Denise is survived by her daughters Denise McGahee (Jerry) and Martha Andres (Tom), grandchildren Pam (Maria), Paula (Kent), Brian (Talla), Kevin (Michelle), Derrick (Allyson) and Courtney. Great grandchildren Sarah, Casie, Savannah, Grace, Reagan, Brooke, Kaitlyn, Madison, Brittney, Brick and soon to be great great granddaughter Piper plus many cousins in S.C. Denise graduated from Palm Beach High School in 1939 and attended Winthrop Girls College in Rockhill, S.C. as a music major. She worked at Southern Bell for 37 years. Denise had a long life of community service beginning when she was 12 years old in the Romanies. She volunteered at the Jupiter Hospital for 20 years and was a member of the Communications Workers of America, Telephone Pioneers of America, Altrusa Club of the Palm Beaches, United Way of PBC, AFLCIO and Jupiter Tequesta Garden Club to name a few. She taught the Fidelis Sunday school class at First Baptist of Tequesta for many years. Denise was a life long Democrat. A private family service was performed by Father O'Shea.

Denise will be missed so very much. I have many fond memories of her and my mom (Alice Fitzgerald) as they pretty much grew up together. My sincere sympathies to her family and I know the heartache you are feeling at this time. You all are in my prayers.
