Michael QUINN Obituary
Michael Farley Quinn, son of Andrew and Christine Farley Quinn, left this world on July 11, 2015 at the age of 39 in Boca Raton, FL. In addition to his parents, Mike is survived by his siblings; Andy and wife Amy, Tim and his partner Isaac Mann, Mary Ellen, Lisa and her husband Jim. He is pre-deceased by his sisters, Denise and Michele. His love and good humor will be missed by his nephews, Andrew, Alex, Adam and Riley, his niece Hanna and Lily his pug. Michael, the beautiful dreamer, was born in Torrington, CT on September 10, 1975 and graduated from Torrington High School in 1993. Michael was blessed with countless great friends; whose love and support was always appreciated. His passions included spending time with his Hero, Jack Garchik, spending time at the beach, swimming, surfing, music, harmonicas, film, food, the Red Sox, the Miami Heat and of course pranks. In trying to address the reality that Viking funerals are not legal in the US, and the countless friends in Florida and Connecticut, the family will be scheduling a private cremation, and will invite friends and family to private remembrances in both Boca Raton and Avon, CT. The family is grateful for the condolences, but declines flowers and would request any remembrances to be directed to a personal passion of Mikes, Autism Speaks, 1475 Centrepark Blvd., Suite 115, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Attention: Jack Garchik's Crew.

Dear Quinn Family,
I am so sorry for this tremendous loss. Mike was a beautiful person. He was a gem. We talked almost daily and he always expressed his love for family and his close friends. I was so proud of all of his accomplishments but most proud to call him my friend. I will miss you Mike but love never dies. Until we meet again. I send you all my love and prayers.

I haven't seen Mike since high school, but we had a blast at prom when he went with a group of us in the limo we rented. I'll always remember he wore polka dotted shorts, a tux jacket and sunglasses! And a big smile! Perfect. He was fun, funny, unique and such a great person. I was shocked to hear of his passing and send my deepest sympathies. Colleen Franklin, Torrington, CT

Mr & Mrs Quinn, Tim, Andy, Mary Ellen and the extended Quinn family. No words can take away the pain and shock of the loss of Mikey. If you can find any condolence in the fact Heaven must have needed a HUGE smile and practical joker with the biggest heart to lighten things up. My heart is broken for your pain and loss. I wish I could turn back time...May God give you strength for healing.

My favorite memory of Mike is one of my first. I remember sitting with him, as grade school kids, under the tables at Pizza Hut in Torrington, CT playing "Dukes of Hazzard" while waiting for lunch. lol. I miss him so much. My heart goes out to him and the entire Quinn family.
