To the Pechter Family:

My family and I wish to express our sincerest condolences to you all on the passing of Morty. I am the granddaughter of Sadie & Isidore Lichtman, and the daughter of Abe Lichtman. My mother Anne and brother Philip join me in expressing our sad feelings on your profound loss.

I remember with great nostalgia all the times I spent as a small child visiting the Pechter's baking facilities on 173rd Street, near Washington Avenue,in the Bronx.

I will be married 49 years in January and Morton and many of the Pechter family were at my wedding. My late dad, Abie, was always in touch with both Karl and Morton and my good memories throughout my life of the Pechter family, including Davie and Tilly and my adored Anita help to ease the sad feelings of this loss.

My entire family sends love at this

time of sadness.
