Family-Placed Funeral Notice

RICHARD F. MASCOLA, JR. D.D.S. Age 68, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away May 28, 2005. Born in Watertown, New York he resided on Long Island before moving to Palm Beach Gardens in 2001. He was Executive Director of Queens County Dental Society, ADA Trustee, ADA President, and a FDI Counselor. He was Director of Dental Clinics and Faculty Practice at Nova Southeastern University. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, two sons, Richard and Michael all of Palm Beach Gardens, and a daughter Lizzie Mascola and husband Miguel Martin of Madrid, Spain. A mass of the Resurrection will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Ignatius Loyola Cathedral, 9999 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions to Nova Southeastern University-R.F.M. Clinic or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Dr. Mascola was a great man. I will miss him terribly, and my heart goes out to Mrs. Mascola, Michael and Lizzie.

Dr. Mascola has been the most memorable instructor for my husband and I as students at Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine. We will carry on his enthusiam and love of dentistry. Blessings to all his family.
