Mr.Walsh was a kind and loving man. I had the great honor of working for him at one of his Maine properties. Even though I worked in housekeeping, he treated me like I was part owner. He left me feeling like my job was important and like I mattered! His presence was like no other. He will forever be a part of my life.

Mr Walsh's company Ocean Properties, was one of my early employers. I moved from CT to FL with his organization. He created a hospitality empire that always had a family feel for employees and guests. As successful as he was, he was an unassuming gentleman. He'd stop by his properties to experience what his guests experienced and make sure things were done right. My condolences to the Walsh family on the loss of your patriarch. May time, loved ones, and faith ease your pain.

May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

I'll never forget you Mr. Walsh! I worked for you at the Harborside Hotel and Marina in Bar Harbor, Maine and you had such a wonderful impact on me. You taught me so much about the industry that you loved so much. I loved when you would come to visit the establishment and have me walk with you and catch up. You were always patient, kind and a warm spirit. I will miss your kindness and warm character.
