Jeanette (Hopkins) Clemens passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025, in Vacaville, Calif., at the age of 86.
Born on March 6, 1939, in Paragould, Jeannette was the beloved child of the late Ruth and Henry Hopkins.
She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Gene Toler; and sister, Anita Newkirk.
Jeanette is lovingly remembered by her husband of 41 years, Ernie Clemens; her sons, Tom and Teryll Toler; her daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Bobby Herrera; her two stepchildren, Traci Brooks and Eric Ernest Clemens; two grandchildren, Terry Toler and Jesse Crookes; two step-grandchildren, Chandler and Morgan Brooks; a great grandson, Joseph Crookes; and three sisters, Ramona Thetford, Patsy Andersen and Renee' Nojoomi; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Known for her fun loving sense of humor, Jeannette will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
