Addison Carpenter Obituary

Addison Ray Carpenter, 22 months, passed away on March 30, 2012.

Addison Ray is preceded in death by her Brother, Cade Walker Carpenter; Grandpa, Don Carpenter ; Grandpa John Pecora and Grammy, Colleen Lamberson.

Addison is survived by her parents, Susie and Darrell Carpenter Jr.. Also left to grieve are grandparents, Mike and Joanne Cade and Darrell and Barbara Carpenter and great grandparents, Adrian and Joyce Bahnerth, Barbara Carpenter, J.T. Lamberson and Betty Pecora. Addison is further survived by aunts and uncles, Jimbo and Pam Helstrom, Michael Cade, Jr., and Brandon and Brandi Vorse, cousins Brody Vorse and T.J. Helstrom and other numerous family and friends.

The family will welcome visitors on Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 4 to 6 pm, at Rosewood Funeral Home 3939 Pasadena Blvd in Pasadena. Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2012 at 10 am at

Clear Creek Community Church in League City. Pastor Greg Poore will officiate. Addison will be interred at Forest Park East Cemetery in League City.

In lieu of usual remembrances, the family ask for your prayers and friends have established a Memorial Fund for donations. Please go to any Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union branch and make a deposit into the account labeled Addison Carpenter.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Texas Children's Hospital for their kindness and care.

No one can know the pain but one who has also suffered it. No one can tell the mystery of why. What I can say in truth is that, as a human being, I am so saddened by this terrible loss for your family. And although I don't know you, that bond of our common humanity is enough. May you find some measure of peace in the days ahead knowing that you and Addison are held in others' hearts with love.
