They are so many people that touch our lives, but few that truly change it. Alice, a.k.a. Mom and Mimi, did just that to me. At a very influential age and a desperate time in my life she stepped in and took care of me just as if I were her own. She granted me the privilege of becoming part of the family. She taught me how to be a wonderful mother, a loving wife, a dedicated daughter and a great friend. I will forever be a better person for having known her. Though my heart is heavy I am comforted to know she is no longer in pain and with the love of her life.

It's saddening to hear of Darlene's passing. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I know they will miss her greatly. Working in the same office as Darlene for a while, I know she had a good heart, she was loved and will be missed.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Darlene's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family as they prepare to lay her to rest. I know she is in a much better place and no longer in pain. Her body will be restored in Heaven to it's youthful self and she can now spend eternity with her beloved husband Bill. Big angels keep in Heaven Darlene. May your sweet soul rest in peace at last.

You are longer in pain. You are so special to me and I loved you like a sister. When I think of you, I think of all the fun we had thru the years. Almost freezing to death in Danbury, Conn. in December; dragging rocks back to Bill from Chicago; girls weekends in Galveston; laughing like crazy when you gave me the wrong direction in Nashville on our way to see the Elvis mansion, I could go on and on. Every trip and everytime we were together we laughed and enjoyed life to its fullest. You will be so missed by all your friends and family. My prayers go out to Rachael, Mark, Sydney and Gage. You were a great Mom and Mimi. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten. All my love.

Our prayers and deepest sympathy for your loss. "Darlene" was such a sweet cousin and so much fun to be around. We will miss her but I know she is snuggled up to her sweet Bill in heaven!
Love you always,
Margie Ruth and Robert Evans
