Devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend,
Anthony D. Caldeira, Jr passed away on August 21, 2011 at the age of 80 after a courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Caldeira served in the Marine Corp during the Korean war. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Nellie Caldeira; two daughters Katherine Moody & husband Alan, Elaine McGough & husband Steve; brother Noel Caldeira & wife Alana; two sisters Mary Wade & husband JR, Peggy Love; four grandchildren Ryan, Grant, Travis and Erin; Four great grandchildren Ethan, Makenna, Eli, and Mia. Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 24th at 10:00 AM W at St Hyacinth Catholic Church, 2921 Center Street, Deer Park with father Seby officiating. Military Honors will be given on Thursday, August 25th at 11:30 AM at Houston National Cemetery. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, August 23th at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Directors with visitation from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E.
