Ashley Isabel Saldaña, 26, was called upon by the Lord to be an angel on July 20th, 2012. She was born July 6th, 1986 in Houston, TX. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Gloria Muñiz, grandfather Guadalupe F. Recio Sr. and cousin Aaron Kirby O'Neal. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father, Frank M. Alonzo III and mother Paula M. Alonzo. She is survived by her loving husband of 8 years, Rogelio Saldaña III and children Isabella Saldaña and Rogelio Saldaña IV, Siblings, Jennifer Marie Banda (Jesus Martinez, Brother-in-law) Alyssa Dyahann Alonzo, and Frank Martinez Alonzo IV, niece Julianna Martinez, Father and Mother-In-law Rogelio Saldaña Jr. and Blanca Saldaña, Sister-in-laws, Vanessa Saldaña (Johnny Arredondo, Brother-in-law) and Monica Saldaña. Aunts, Erica Muñiz, Linda Sáenz, Jeannie Dobrava, Almira Avila, Josie DeLeon and Martha Galvan; Uncles Hector Sáenz, Brian Dobrava, Robert Avila, Pete DeLeon, Luis Galvan and Guadalupe Recio II; Grandparents Mary Alonzo, Daniel and Cecilia Aguilar, and Teresa Recio. Ashley also leaves behind many other loving cousins, friends, relatives and a very special work family whom she loved and cherished very much. Ashley was an amazing daughter, sister, wife and mother who always put others first. She loved shopping, traveling and spending time with her family. Anyone who knew Ashley knew she had such a big heart and a beautiful smile. She will be greatly missed. We love you Ashley. Visitation will be Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 5PM to 9PM at Grand View Funeral Home with a Rosary service in the Chapel at 7PM. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, July 27, 2012 at 2PM at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church 2921 Center Street in Deer Park, TX. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
