So sorry about Daniel . My parents lived close to the Zucha's in the late 1930's in the Meeks community, Bell county. Daniel and his brother Albert and I often caught crawfish in pools in a pasture between where they and we lived. We attended Casey school, a three room school just up a dirt road that taught grades one through ten. Then WWII intervened and our families moved away. We had a great time together.

Thoughts and Prayers go out to the Zucha family. My father worked with Daniel and I also worked at Rohm and Haas as a contractor and have fond memeories of him. In fact his family gave me my first dog as a child growing up. He will be missed by all.

In 1951, I graduated from Cedar Bayou High School with Daniel and remember him fondly. He was popular, had a great personality, and was a lot of fun to be around. He faithfully attended our class reunions over the years and he will surely be missed.
