To the Cable family. We are so sorry for your loss. When you look around, you and your family can see and feel the love, care and support from others, also remember that God is always ready to answer our prayers. Philippians 4:6, 7 says in part "in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts."

To be estranged from Elaine for so many years while she lived in Texas, I feel espeically blessed to spend some time with her over the past few years. What I learned is that Elaine put her family first. She always hoped the best for her children and grandchildren. No matter her pain or discomfort, she made sure those around her had anything they wanted or needed - food, drink, a chair to sit on. I also learned that she was a strong woman and a fighter, so much like all her sisters and brothers. I am blessed to call her my aunt. My deepest sympathies to Larry Sr, Larry Jr, Laura, Billy and her grandchildren. My prayers and support are yours during this incredible sad time.

All my love, Christine

My dearest Aunt Elaine, I will miss U more than I have words. Your Battle with Cancer was a whinding vine moving through your body. You faced this demon cancer as if you were the strongest of any soldier known. You knew that God would be with you. You wore body armor covered with the strength and faith that God placed over you. You and your soldiers faced this battle as one moving together. God had your plan in place and so it began. However not all battles move forward as ordered but you had your strength, faith, and plans not yet completed. No one knew that this battle would eventually give us all more time to plan reunions and parties with your entire family. We are all greatful for our visits and travels to see you. God gave us all a very special gift. As you faced your ups and downs in treatment and search for the specialist who could give you the right treatment that would rid your body of this enemy cancer. The day had arrived when the only treatment available was to keep you comfortable until the end of your journey here. God and his Angels came to you. God opened his arms to you. The feeling of love, peace, and warmth are like no other. You move into God's loving embrace as his Angels continue to light the path of his home in Heaven. I know I will love and miss you forever and ever. You are my forever TINKER BELLE!!! Roxanne

I wish I could have met you sooner. I've notice in the time spent with you and dad, all the things I love about Larry came from the two of you. Thank you for him. And thank you for welcoming me into your family. I love you. I will miss you, but I've got memories to hang onto.

I LOVE YOU MOM! You will be missed very much, I would call you when I needed to know a certain ingredient in a recipe and what a good substitute would work. Even though my heart is breaking i know you are looking down and saying it will be okay.RIP MOM!
