Garland Oliver West, Jr. passed away on November 4, 2011 in Pasadena, TX at the age of 65. He was born on February 17, 1946 in Monahans, TX to Billie D. Cason West and Garland Oliver West, Sr. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Dewey Mack and Maggie Sanders Cason, Palmore and Ora Vee Price; mother, Billie D. Cason West Sparks. Garland is survived by his wife Dale West; father and step-mother, Garland O. West, Sr. and Lucy West; brothers, Ronald West, David West and wife Donna, Tommy West and wife Pam; half-sister, Terri Smith and husband Mike; step-brothers and sisters, Renee Chandler and husband Harmon, Cale Havard and wife Anell, Neal Havard and wife Ann, Sid Havard and wife Lina; daughter, Heather Mille; step-daughter, Suzann Wolfe and husband Billy; granchildren, Alyssa Miller, step-grandchildren, Emily Wolfe, Shelby Wolfe, Ethan Wolfe, sister-in-law, Ruth Talbot and husband Ronnie; brother-in-law, Fisher Humphreys and wife Caroline; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
