Harold Lee Burch of South Houston, Texas passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the age of 77 surrounded by his family in Pasadena, TX. He was born on May 23, 1934 in Hennepin, OK and resided in Texas most of his life. He served proudly as a Corporal in the US Army during the Korean War. He remained a proud member of the American Veterans Association and the American Legion until his death. He is preceded in death by his parents Delbert and Effie Burch, Brothers Oliver, Travis, and Leon and Sister Lula. He is survived by his loving wife Neva and children Chelle Sweat, Kerri Burch, Danna Burns and Guy McDonald, son-in-laws Lynn Burns and Derrick Sweat. Harold also had 3 granddaughters, Sasha, Amanda, and Brittney and 4 grandsons, Chance, Daniel, Haden and Mason and numerous close friends. Harold known to all as "Harry" was a generous and loyal friend. He fought cancer courageously and was a true inspiration. Harry will forever be missed and will remain in our hearts and in our memories.
