88, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2011. Mrs. Bodker was born in Junction, Kansas, on February 3, 1923 and was a long time resident of Pasadena and a former member of St. Pius Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John Louis Bodker. She is survived by her children, Jerry L. Bodker and Cindy Yeglin, both of Houston, Renny James and husband Donald of Round Rock, Texas, and John W. Bodker and wife Judy of Corpus Christi, Texas, and grandchildren, Pam Weishuhn and husband Justin, Jennifer James, Zachery Yeglin, Jeremy Yeglin, Stephanie Chiasson, and Jared Bodker, and 4 great grandchildren. Hazel enjoyed bridge, traveling, bingo and margaritas. The family would like to express our thanks to all her caregivers at The Abbey Assisted Living Facility in Houston, for almost four years. She made many new friends. Services are planned in the future.
