Joe Ziegler Obituary
On Thursday, September 24, 2015, Joe Rutherford Ziegler passed away and is now with our Lord Jesus. Joe was born in Silverton, Texas on December 10, 1924 to Margaret and Tom Ziegler. Joe was a beloved father, brother, artist, author, pilot, gardener, and friend. He is survived by his four children and spouses, Craig and Jill Ziegler, Ren and Barry Shechter, Ann and Eddie Reynolds and Lyn and Mike Crowley; sister, Mollie Nan Nance; grand children and their spouses, Kendra and Tim Knight, Cheryll and Bobby Phillips, Dustin and Melissa Shechter, Marilyn, Nicholas, Kathleen and Julianne Crowley; and great-grand children, Morgan and Rowan Knight, Bobby, Bree, Cole and Caleb Phillips, Gavin and Brody Shechter. The memorial service will be on Thursday, October 1, 2015, visitation 10am, service 11am at Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E. San Augustine St., Deer Park, Texas 77536 (281) 476-4693.
