Joseph Gregory McLellan, 65, beloved grandfather, father, brother and friend passed away on August 10the in Sugar Land, Texas, after a long illness, from multi organ failure from septic shock related to pancreatitis. He is survived by his daughter Nicole Estrada, son in law Johnny Estrada, granddaughters Keira and Riley all of Novato, California, his brother William McLellan and sister in law Linda, his nephews Patrick of Sugar Land, Texas and Gregory and fiancé Julie both of Houston, Texas, His step daughter Lisa Beselt of Pasadena, Texas and her son Justin Falls of La Porte, Texas as well as numerous cousins, including a special cousin Gina Smith, as well as numerous friends and neighbors.
Joe was born in Houston, Texas on November 28, 1946 to Rosemary (Posey) and Fred (Fritz) McLellan. He grew up in southeast Houston in Forest Oaks and Pasadena Texas. He graduated from Milby High School In 1966 and received a Degree from Sam Houston State in 1970 where He was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Joe was a retired sales manager for an ADT Dealer. He was also involved in a number of capacities over a number of years with the Wink Bar and Barbecue in Houston. Joe was a devout catholic and a member of St. Augustine Parish in Houston, Texas. Joe was a people person with numerous friends developed throughout his life. He never met a stranger and lived his life to the fullest. We are all going to miss him and we loved him dearly.

Joe was a Sig Brother with a smile and many funny stories. He filled the house with laughter and enriched our time at Sam Houston. He will be missed. All honor to his name.
