Kenneth Pursley Obituary
Ken was born to John Frank and Mary Pursley and is survived by wife, Nelly and stepson; brother Jerry and sisters Martha and Frankie Moon; daughter Kenette Lopez and sons Kenneth Jr, and Kent. He was a grandfather to six grandchildren Kyle, Kara, Nathan, Kristen, Alyssa, Lauren and four great-grandchildren Sofia, Matteo, Gabby, & Marco. Preceded in death by his parents and wife of 57 years, Mary Louise.
A graduate of San Jacinto College he worked for many years in the industrial field until the ripe old age of 77, when he finally decided to retire and do more fishing.
He will be remembered for his gentle and kind nature as well as his great love of the outdoors. Favorite hobbies included woodworking, fishing and tinkering with his vintage vehicles.
The family will have a private memorial service held at a later date.

Our hearts are saddened at the loss of our dear Kenneth, he was a grandfather, father, brother, and loving husband.
Thank you all for visiting this site and sharing kind words and memories. Life won't be the same without Kenneth, but we feel comforted knowing that he lives on in the hearts of many.
As a child I never thought this day could come as Grandpa Sir was invincible, always tinkering outside and taking us grandkids on memorable adventures. I'll always cherish the fun times at Rock Hole.
