Patrick Dale Mills, 91, of Pasadena, Texas joined his heavenly Father on June 2, 2013, in Pasadena, Texas. Patrick was born in Sunset, Louisiana to James Burleigh Mills and Alice Richard on December 12, 1921. Patrick was the youngest of ten children. On May 27th he joined the U.S. Navy where he served during WWII until honorably discharged on November 27, 1946. He enjoyed many outdoor activities such as gardening and wood work as well as visits from family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Bertha Mills and sister Audrey Fellabalum. He is also survived by son, Robert Mills and wife Nelda; son, Larry Quebedeaux and wife Shirley; son, Ronnie Quebedeaux; son, Carl Quebedeaux; daughter, Elaine Sandefer and husband Ron; and, daughter, Debbie Espinoza and husband Victor. He will be missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Patrick Dale Mills was preceded in death by his parents, James Burleigh Mills and Alice Richard; his six brothers and two sisters, James Burleigh Mills Jr., Chapman Mills, John Mills, Floyd Mills, Rodney Mills, Burnice Mills, Louise Mills, and Wilma Mills. His daughter Frances Mills also preceded him in death.
Visitation will be held at Rosewood Funeral Home, 3939 Pasadena Blvd., Pasadena, Texas on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 1:00 PM, with burial services to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
