Peter Andersen Thyssen departed this world on the evening of Wednesday 25, June 2014. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Thyssen, and their two children, Thomas and Therese. Peter is also survived by his parents, Ken and Suzy Thyssen of Deer Park, and his brothers, Andrew and wife Jenifer, and Olen Thyssen. Peter was born on December 28th, 1981, in Pasadena, Texas, and graduated from LaPorte High School in 1999. Service was held at South Park Funeral Home Thursday, July 3rd. Mass was held on Saturday the 5th at St. Theresa's Church in Sugar Land. Those who wish to make a donation to Support the Thyssens may do so at gofundme.com.

I never knew this young man, but was an art student of Mrs. Thyssen's in the late '70s. I'm so sorry to hear of the family's loss and will most definitely keep you all on my prayers. God bless you all.
