Ricky L. Morgan, 53 of Deer Park, Texas passed away on February 3, 2015, after a long battle with diabetes-related illnesses. Born on June 14, 1961, in Fort Worth, TX, Rick was a hard-worker whose world very much revolved around family; he was funny, generous, and kind to people and animals alike. Rick was a talented machinist as well as a lover of classic rock, sci-fi movies, comic books, the Dallas Cowboys, and his Ford F-150 (also known as 'The Beast'). He lives on through his wife, Peggy Morgan; daughter, Jennifer Morgan; parents, Doug and Sue Morgan; brother Scott Morgan; sister Kelli Broome; and four-legged, best-friend Pookie, as well as many extended family members and friends by whom he will be deeply missed. Rick's family invites anyone who would like to help celebrate his life to join them for a memorial service this Saturday, February 7th at 2:00 PM, to be held at Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E. San Augustine, Deer Park, Texas, 281-476-4696. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick's name to the American Diabetes Association. https://donations.diabetes.org

Sorry to hear of Ricky's passing, I haven't seen him in many years myself, but we had good times working together years ago, he was funny, caring, hard worker and overall a great person, thoughts and prayers to the family.

I am broken hearted to see that Ricky has passed away. Although I have not seen him in many years, he will always hold a special place in my heart.
