I knew Steve Walker from my Cousin's Liquor Store in Temple City. He and CHP Investigator Emmitt Clark became good aquaintences with me. I had not seen Steve since 1992 but had always ask about him whenever I spoke to fellow Patrolmen from the Ontario Facility.
God Bless You Steve, you were a good Man and an great person to know. You will always be remembered.

Steve was a gentleman and a top notch law man. I worked with him for years prosecuting DUIs. He had a smile for everyone and a positive attitude.

Sandy, I was deeply saddened to read that Steve had left us. Though I never got the opportunity to know him beyond your wedding, I know he made you happy, and that he was a great father and husband.
You were always a tremendous friend and professional colleague at CCL, and I couldn't allow Steve's passing to go unnoticed without letting you know that Shelly, and I am asking our God to grant you unconditional peace and comfort in the coming days and months and years. Losing your soul mate and a cherished loved one is never easy, so you will need all the prayers and support the family of God can provide in the days, months and years ahead.
Even though I know you must have a strong and extended group of loved ones to stand behind you and the kids during this loss, should you ever need to talk, or just have a prayer request, don't forget Shelly, and I will always be there for you, should the time come when you need another shoulder to lean on!
In HIs Love,
Pastor Paul and Shelly Zimmer
