Aunt Betty was an angel sent to this Earth and her kind and gentle soul illuminated it. She lived her life with love, care, consideration, thoughtfulness and acceptance of others. She never spoke a harsh word about anyone. As her light extinguished here, the light she ignited in the hearts of those who were lucky to know her will live on. Her heart was godlike and so was her life, a subtle and modest presence that can be seen in her smile. How loud the glorious sound one can imagine as the angels above rejoiced in song as Betty's brilliant soul was called to join the choir of the Lord. Her light will always shine in my heart.
